3. Engagement Process

Project Initiation

Each project begins upon receipt of required information from the client and confirmation of the engagement terms, including payment arrangements.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information as requested
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Respect the defined scope of each service

Revisions

Each service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified on our Services page. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are subject to applicable taxes
• Payment terms and methods are confirmed at the start of each engagement
• For larger projects, payment may be structured in installments
• Work will not commence until payment arrangements are confirmed

5. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain all rights to the information, data, and materials you provide to us. You represent that you have the right to share such materials and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and rights to use the final deliverables (pitch decks, business plans, executive summaries) for your business purposes.

Our Work

We retain the right to reference our work with you in our portfolio (without disclosing confidential information) unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business plans, financial information, or other sensitive materials to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

This obligation continues after the conclusion of our engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. We provide documentation and strategic support, but:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (funding, partnerships, etc.)
• Investment decisions are made by third parties beyond our control
• We are not liable for business decisions made based on our deliverables

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Before Work Begins: Full refund available if cancellation occurs before project commencement
• During Project: Partial refund may be available based on work completed, assessed on a case-by-case basis
• After Delivery: No refunds after final deliverables have been provided
